Optional work notifications

Crewbase’s optional text notification program covers schedules, shift reminders, shift trades, time-off requests, and alerts about new work messages. It does not send marketing messages. Invited users choose SMS consent in their own account using a separate checkbox that starts unchecked during onboarding.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Delivery depends on SMS setup and the user’s notification choices.
